"Mujeres rurales" is a project based on the countryside life of a family in Uruguay. 

Pictures wants to talk through light how life is dificult and marvelous at the same time.

 

Nelia lives in Migues, Canelones, with his husband Garrido. They are still working, making almost everything they use at his place. Also, Nelia is in cooperative with other women which cultivate medicinal and aromatic plants.

Very close to them is living her daughter Paula, with her two kids. One of them, Alexis is authist. They don't receive any help from the father.
